Modern Web Application Developer(s)
We are in search of Modern Web Application Developers to join our Development Team as we focus on the next wave of our product innovation. The Modern Web Application Developer will develop against a full web stack using Angular and .NET Web API. Modern web app client side technologies will be leveraged as well as cloud based .NET jobs and endpoints. The Modern Web Application Developer will be part of a Scrum Team which is dynamic in nature. As part of this team, the ideal candidate will participate in cross functional roles, and will contribute both creatively and technically in guiding our feature sets. He or she has experience in both client side as well as server side web development using modern techniques. Familiarity with cloud application models such as Azure and Office 365 are necessary as are the ability to effectively translate business requirements into well architected solutions.
Technical Support Engineer(s)
The Technical Support Engineer is an important role within Corridor Company as our clients - and their success - are key to our success. The ideal Technical Support Engineer candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. He or she will demonstrate leadership capabilities and the ability to work well both independently and with a team. The Technical Support Engineer will have several years' experience in troubleshooting and resolving second tier support issues related to Microsoft SharePoint based solutions. Specific responsibilities include responding to initial support inquiries and ensuring that existing issues are pursued to resolution, researching and analyzing root cause of isses and being able to communicate this information to both our R&D Team and to our end customers, working in conjunction with our R&D and Services Teams to manage backlog issues, interacting with a variety of different individuals with varying levels of technical expertise, and participation in the creation of Technical FAQ's, Knowledge Base articles and training materials.
As we grow our sales and marketing teams, we are in search of proven Account Executives! The ideal Account Executive candidate will be a proactive self-starter who will possess strong prospecting, presentation and communication skills. This individual will demonstrate leadership capabilities and the ability to work well independently. He or she will be well versed in all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead generation, cross selling and upselling to new and existing accounts, negotiating with executive level prospects, and closing mid to large size revenue opportunities. Technical acumen is necessary as the Account Executive will be required to participate in product demonstrations and to communicate high level technical aspects of our solutions throughout the sales process. Specific skills include comfort with cold calling and prospecting, ability to technically understand and explain web based software solutions, avid use and appreciation for SF.com and similar CRM systems and competent to advanced use of Microsoft's products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
